I have been trying out some great baking and cooking from Chef Shane Smith. The booking process was very straightforward, the recipe cards and ingredient lists were sent ahead of the class. The class is excellent.
It hasn’t just been an educational and informative experience but also a fun experience. Shane talks through everything, it’s easy to follow and great to have the recordings of the classes to follow again. He also gives ideas on how to change up ingredients which I found great for my fussy eaters!
