Quite possibly one of my favourite breads. We always had a batch loaf in the house growing up and used to fight over who’d get the heel of the loaf with butter & jam!

I have made a 15 minute video, sharing my recipe and my step by step class on how to make your own. This recipe is so simple and the bread is really easy to make. Like all breads, all you need is a few simple ingredients and time.
