Week Three of Supper Club.

On this jam packed class I want to share some of my favourites.

For Starters, crispy oven baked vegetable spring rolls with a homemade sweet chili dipping sauce.

For mains, Cock-a-leeky pie, this is the most delicious chicken, bacon & leek pie with a crispy pastry lid on top.

As the perfect side to match with this, my green salad and homemade French salad dressing.
