Supper Club Week One

On Week One, I will show you how to make three gorgeous family dishes.

For Starter, classic Italian Minestrone soup. This soup is layers of smoked bacon, tomato, tons of vegetables and finished with pasta & parmesan cheese.

For the side, my signature brown mixed seed bread that pairs perfectly with the soup.

For mains, Cajun crumbed cod fillet with roasted pepper and potato. This is the ultimate main course tray bake!
