Attention, this is not a drill..
With countless tweaks and changes I have been making this same showstopping chocolate cake for years.
The sponges are rich, fudgy but not too heavy. They are sandwiched together with a velvety chocolate condensed milk buttercream. (It’s sooo good)
This is my go to for wedding cakes, birthdays and everything in-between! If you have a special occasion on the horizon, you’ll absolutely love this gateaux.
