These puff pastry, parma ham wrapped asparagus are yet again another easy recipe that will be a big hit and look beautiful on any dinner table
Asparagus, parma ham, goats cheese parcels
24 asparagus spears
6 slices parma ham
120g goats cheese
375g puff pastry
Wash and remove the base of the asparagus spears.
Wrap four of them together with one slice of parma ham and set aside.
Roll the puff pastry out to measure 10” x 15” and cut out 6×5” squares
Place 20g of the creamy goats cheese in the center of each square, the wrapped asparagus on top
Fold two opposite corners of the pastry into the center.
Brush each one with egg wash all over and place in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes or until the pastry has puffed up and is golden brown.
